Aaron Judge’s career is off to a hot start.
Following up a towering 446-foot homer in Saturday’s win, Judge lined a 3-2 fastball from Rays starter Jake Odorizzi over the right field wall in the third to pull the Yankees within one.
The ball left his bat at 102 mph, and went a projected 362 feet, according to Statcast. It was the third hit in five big-league at bats for the 6’7″ slugger.
He made a bit of Yankees history with the homer:
Judge first Yankee to homer in his first two MLB games since Joe Lefebvre May 22 & 23, 1980.

Judge’s homer was the lone bright spot through the early portion of the game, as Luis Severino struggled on the hill.

Today is a big test for Yankees, we can’t be fooled we just played the team w the worst record in baseball right now.
Now we are going to face a bunch of street fighters, including their manager, and we will see what our team is made of
Hoping for the best
I would like to see his first homerun I know it’s too early to tell he gives the Yankees a lot of Hope they need a new icon to take over for Derek Jeter and Mickey Mantle Yogi Berra’s and what have you and then build around him and then they can become that Force again I believe they will I’ve been a Yankee fan since 1950
