Given their lack of payroll flexibility, I hope they use cash to replace only one, and go in-house for the other two. That will leave them with some money at the trade deadline. Also, trading Ellsbury will make them better so it doesn’t really matter how much they can save from trading him. Even 3-4 million would help.
