As a fan of baseball, I still can’t see why this deal in some fashion couldn’t be done. Makes sense from a money perspective as well as from a player perspective. Each team gets something they need in return. Seems like a no-brainer to me. But then again, I’m not Brian Cashman or Jeff Luhnow either.
