This nation has a system of due process, yet you employer can fire or suspend a citizen without proof or without due process. In this nation, we live by the Rule of Law. Or, at least, so we are told. The truth is that it’s wrong to punish a citizen without due process. How can you punish a person of a crime, when the police have not even finished an investigation. In the Chapman case, it’s his word against her word, at this point. Wait until a judge or jury finds a person guilty. You can easily find the Court’s rulings on Joe Mixon, online. A written copy of those findings. The truth will surprise many.
